At Carta Verde, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs

• If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or no longer want it, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs & International Orders

Please note that customs clearance is beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance processes, or duties

• If an order is held, delayed, or pending due to customs, this does not qualify for a refund

• Any customs charges, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer

However:

• If tracking confirms that an item cannot be delivered and is officially returned to us, we will issue a full refund once the item is received back

• If an item is lost in transit after confirmed return to sender, we will assess the case accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
