Order Processing
All orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page. Processing times may vary during peak periods, limited drops, or holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier services, and customs processing:

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and do not include customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing, local postal services, and destination country regulations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

Customs inspections, clearance delays, or additional documentation requirements are outside our control

Delays caused by customs do not qualify for order cancellation or refund
Carta Verde is not liable for delays, fees, or non-delivery resulting from customs processes.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If an order is confirmed by the courier or tracking service as undeliverable and is officially returned to us, a refund will be issued once the item has been received back.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Carta Verde cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows that an order is delayed or held in transit, please allow additional time, particularly during busy periods or international shipments.
If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will assess the situation in line with courier policies and work toward a fair resolution.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Carta Verde is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
